Thick Gauge Stainless Steel Cut To Length Line is high precision heavy duty cut to length, its cost is much more than normal cut to length line budget. 2-16mm thickness range requires two levelers, stand beside each other, one leveler for 2-6mm, the other for 4-16mm. Moreover, the stainless steel sheet cutting line has edge trimming function, film coating, automatic stacking charaters, we are experienced in the thick stainless steel sheet cut to length line, can guide you to see running line in our customer plant.

Special points to Note:

1. The press-down of upper leveling rollers on leveler: two sets motor connected to worm gear and rod, one set at entry side and the other at exit side. The motor can be normal motor or servo motor, the linear displacement sensor can be installed to tell the press-down position, this way easy to set the press-down position on operator panel.
2. Film laminating equipment can be installed on final sheet pinch rollers before shear to laminate film or paper on stainless sheet surface.
3. Coil head shear is available to cut coil head off or cut coil in midway, and uncoiler can coil the coil sheet back, it is convenient to control the sheet cutting quantities.
4. The weight measuring module can be installed on uncoiler and stacker, to know coil weight or sheets weight conveniently.
5. Sheets package move backward, if sheet length is short, the package can be gradually come out of stacking area to packing area, then workers pack each package one by one. 

Characters:
1.Uncoiler / Decoiler
heavy cut to length line handle heavy steel coils of heavy gauge. the uncoiler has double mandrels and strong sliding bases.
Each mandrel has three steps, the opening and closing of two mandrels by hydraulic cylinders.
Back tension mechanism installed on top of uncoiler base, to ensure uncoiling stability.
2. Portal frame coil head opener
Portal frame is very strong, with snubber press roller ,straightening roller on top of the frame.
the hydraulic snubber roll press on top of steel coil, and its pressing-down angle is adjustable
Straightening roller can slide forward backward to track strip head and straighten it.
Shoveling plate installed on preleveler support the coil head while straighten roller press coil head.
3. first 2+5 pre leveler
the roller is huge and strong,reliefing internal stress of steel coil, roller surface is hardened and chrome coated
To relief the uncoiling bending stress to relaxed state.
4. Edge trimming: before and after the trimming area one accumulating pit available, the edge trimming is two cantilever disc slitter arms open and close as per sheet width, with press roller to keep the main sheet not flutter, then two edge scrap rewinders.
5. Heavy duty leveler
number of heavy duty leveler will be 13pcs, 11pcs or 9pcs, diameter of rollers will be 180mm -230mm -300mm,
The gap and angle of upper rollers and lower rollers can be adjusted.
The shear is stop cutting, the leveler is clutched and stopped under encoder measuring, suitable for hot rolled stainless steel plates cutting.
6. Hydraulic shear
Shear: strong frame, strong hydraulic station for shearing, pendulum shearing type, stop cutting under encoder measuring.
7. Automatic stacker
 Bomb hatch stacking, receive each sheet on roller arm, open the two arms to release the sheet fall down on lifting table.
Roll table deliver the piled sheets outward to pack.
8. Automatic control, the whole process is under PLC control in auto mode.Critical actions are under cameras monitoring, operator can watch over and operate the cut to length line easily on control console.
