1. Project Background
The user supplies 0.3–3.0mm color-coated and decorative sheets for interior and exterior cladding, where surface quality and length consistency are strictly specified for mid- to high-end projects.
2. Solution & Key Parameters
We provided a 0.3–3.0mm × 1600mm high-speed stop shear CTL line, with soft-contact and buffering design in shear and conveying sections, combined with appropriate stacking, to reduce marking and scratching risks while maintaining accurate length control.
