The aluminum coil aluminum foil longitudinal slitting machine is specifically designed for the the uncoiling, longitudinal cutting, and winding processes of aluminum coils, especially the slitting of O-state aluminum coils (Al2Q3). The aluminum material is light, thin, and soft, with very high requirements for cutting accuracy and coiling accuracy. It is a high-precision slitting machine, reflecting the precision level of equipment manufacturing
The entire slitting line includes a storage platform, a mobile uncoiler, a front storage pit, a mobile side guide, a disc slitter machine (double slitters available), an offline edge winding machine, No. 2 looper storage, pre separation, a tension station (plate+two roll type), a rear shearing machine, a measuring deflector roller, a press separation device, a recoiler, and a unloading car. Among them, the structural design and configuration level of each part must reach a high-precision level to achieve the requirements of high-speed precise cutting and winding
Equipment features:
1. This slitting line fully considers the surface protection of the sheet metal: the fan-shaped block of the uncoiler drum adopts serrated overlap, the press roller and transition roller are both wrapped rubber rollers, and the recoiler is seamless winding.
2. The entrance loop crossing bridge is a lifting type, including an arc-shaped feeding device, and ultrasonic detection achieves sufficient and flexible material storage.
3. Hydraulic expansion and contraction of the uncoiler mandrel, automatic centering, pneumatic braking, and active feeding into the loop storage.
4. The mobile side guide station includes material receiving, clamping, and shearing machines, which can not only connect the uncoiling head to achieve material feeding to the disc cutter, but also meet the active feeding into the storage pit.
5. Longitudinal slitting Slitter: disc blades, parallel cutting of upper and lower blade shafts, servo pressing of upper blade shaft by ball screw lifter, electronic ruler controlling lifting accuracy, anti axial movement and lifting clearance elimination device ensuring accuracy, with blade shaft axial movement within 0.005mm.
6. Offline edge scrap winding machine: The edge scrap freely falls into the pit and is pulled out of the pit to collect into rolls. There is a felt pressure plate on the transition guide table to prevent the tail from falling into the loop.
7. Strips separating mechanism: Arrange the position of the strips separating disc pieces according to the size of the strips, and ensure the strips are separated neatly through three times separating.
8. Tension table, in addition to plate tension, equipped with double roller tension, servo control tension, stable and adjustable tension with high accuracy.
9. Speed measuring deflection roller: The roller diameter is relatively large, and it undergoes speed measuring and turning strips to adapt to the winding angle and speed regulation requirements.
10. Press separating mechanism: The hydraulic guide column directly presses down, and the uniform pressure passively rises, ensuring neat and reliable separation of strips.
11. Seamless mandrel recoiler: Double jaw seamless drum, internal expansion block is an integrated sleeve, with good rigidity and high accuracy; Variable frequency constant tension control.
