Heavy duty track cut to length line is suitable for make thick and medium plates of certain long lengths, ranging 2-10mm thickness, to make most plates at minimum cost:

1. the raw material of steel coils:

coil weight 15-30T, coil width 500-2000mm, coil inner diameter 508/610/760mm

coil strip length: take average width 1500mm

with plate thickness increasing, strip length shorter at the same coil weight,

in reality usually coil weight increases with thickness increase, strip length stays similar or becomes longer.

    2. leveling and stop cutting to length gives low production when strip length is thin and long

our synchro move cutting to length line can cut off the plates within a quarter when line speed 50m/min.

   3. big coil of thick plate also suit synchro cutting, cutting can be finished within 10minutes.

   4. The leveling machine, twice leveling, preleveler and leveler, is precise and strong,to output very flat plates.

   5. synchro hydraulic shear cut flat plates to length, with front leveling and after stacking continuously without looping nor stopping.

   6. stacking is automatic, include pneumatic receiving bracket, scissor lift table and output car.
